Account Lead, APAC

Superside is hiring a Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing to lead the strategic thinking behind our clients' highest-volume, highest-velocity creative programs. You'll sit at the intersection of data and creative, turning performance signals from paid social, OOH, and programmatic campaigns into sharp, testable creative direction — while acting as a trusted strategic partner to the clients whose business results depend on it.
You'll run strategy across a portfolio of accounts at once, each producing a high volume of creative every month, and you'll be the person both the client and the creative team turn to when they need to know not just what to make next, but why.

What You'll Do

Lead creative strategy across a portfolio of client accounts simultaneously, each producing a high volume of ad creative every month, while maintaining a high bar for quality.

Act as the primary strategic point of contact for clients — presenting creative recommendations, test results, and performance insights directly to marketing and brand stakeholders.

Analyze creative and campaign performance data (CTR, hook and hold rate, CPA, ROAS, and other channel-specific metrics) and translate findings into clear, insight-driven creative briefs.

Build and run testing frameworks that keep creative strategy iterating quickly based on live performance signals rather than instinct alone.

Develop and apply platform-specific strategy across paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, Etc.), out-of-home/DOOH, and programmatic/DSP environments, adapting recommendations to each channel's best practices, specs, and buying dynamics.

Partner closely with Creative Leads, Designers, Copywriters, and Motion Artists to turn insights into concepts that are built to perform, not just look good.

Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a strategic partner they rely on rather than an order-taker.

Champion AI tools and workflows across the strategy process — from research and insight-gathering to concept testing and reporting.

Contribute to the growth of Superside's Performance Marketing strategy practice — sharing frameworks, benchmarks, and platform expertise across the wider Strategy team.

What You'll Need to Succeed

5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a related discipline at an agency, platform, or in-house marketing team.

A proven track record leading creative strategy for a high monthly volume of content — comfortable working in fast, iterative sprint cycles rather than one-off campaigns.

Experience managing creative strategy across multiple client accounts or brands at the same time, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling and interpreting performance data from ads managers, analytics tools, and creative-analytics platforms to inform strategy.

A confident, polished communicator, able to present strategy and performance insights directly to clients and senior stakeholders.

Skilled at writing clear, insight-driven creative briefs that give creative teams a strong strategic foundation to work from.

A data-informed thinker who blends analytical rigor with creative instinct — equally at home in a spreadsheet and a brainstorm.

Organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and their growing role in performance creative strategy.

Paid Media & Performance Specialist

Horizon Labs is a Melbourne-based AI and digital engineering consultancy. We’re remote-first, with teams across Australia and the Philippines, building and running production software for a small number of clients we know well. Our Product Managers don’t sit between clients and engineering teams relaying requirements. They own outcomes on live, revenue-generating products. They’re measured on what moves, not what ships. This is a Melbourne-based role. You’ll work remotely day-to-day, with the ability to spend time in person with our team and clients for discovery, planning, workshops and key product sessions. The roleWe’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to own product outcomes on a high-traffic consumer eCommerce platform where conversion, average order value and lead quality matter. The platform has real traffic, real customers and enough data to test ideas properly. There are more opportunities than there is capacity to pursue them.Your job is to work out what’s worth doing, prove it with evidence, and get it shipped. Two things make this role different. Experimentation-led. A meaningful part of the roadmap runs through controlled experimentation. You’ll own the programme from hypothesis through to measurement and decision. AI-first. We expect AI to be embedded in both how you work and the products you help create. What you’ll do • Own the product roadmap and the commercial outcomes behind it. Turn business goals into a prioritised, evidence-backed roadmap and understand what each initiative is expected to move.• Run the experimentation programme. Own hypotheses, prioritisation, test design, measurement, readouts and the decision to ship, iterate or kill.• Work across the full funnel, including search and discovery, product and offer presentation, pricing, checkout and enquiry flows, and post-purchase.• Lead AI product opportunities. Identify where AI can materially improve customer experience or unit economics, including personalisation, conversational discovery, content at scale and sales-assist, and take credible opportunities from idea to production.• Be a trusted product partner to clients. Work directly with executives and commercial, marketing and sales teams. Present results, defend priorities and say no with evidence.• Work inside the delivery team. Write clear product requirements, lead refinement, accept work against intent and partner closely with design and engineering. How we expect you to work with AIWe’re not looking for someone who has simply tried ChatGPT.We’re looking for a Product Manager whose working practice has already changed because of AI. You should be comfortable using AI to:• Synthesise research, reviews, support conversations and sales-call notes into defensible insights quickly.• Draft and challenge PRDs, test plans, hypotheses and experiment readouts.• Build working prototypes yourself using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable or whatever comes next, so people can react to something real before engineering time is committed.• Generate and pressure-test experiment hypotheses, copy and creative at scale.• Analyse experiment results and mine previous tests for patterns. You also understand what changes when AI becomes part of the product itself, including non-deterministic outputs, evaluations, guardrails, latency, cost and measurement. Most importantly, you know when AI output is confidently wrong and have the judgement to challenge it. What we need: Essential• 8+ years in product management, with significant experience owning live digital products with meaningful traffic, commercial targets and measurable customer outcomes.• Strong eCommerce or high-volume digital conversion experience. You can talk fluently about conversion rate, AOV, revenue per visitor and lead-to-sale.• Hands-on experimentation experience. You’ve designed and run A/B or multivariate tests yourself, not just approved them.• Strong understanding of experimentation fundamentals, including statistical significance and power, minimum detectable effect, sample ratio mismatch, peeking and novelty effects.• An AI-native working practice you can demonstrate with real examples.• Strong analytical capability. Comfortable with Amplitude, GA4 or equivalent, able to interrogate data and read SQL rather than always waiting for an analyst.• Consulting, agency or other client-facing experience. You’re comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders.• Experience working closely with engineering teams, including distributed and cross-time-zone teams.• Australian work rights, Melbourne-based and available across AEST/AEDT business hours. Highly regarded• Travel industry experience, including tours, packaged holidays, OTAs, airlines or accommodation. • Deep experience with Optimizely Web Experimentation, including building and QA-ing experiments, audiences and metrics, working with its Stats Engine, and running an experimentation programme at scale. Equivalent depth with VWO, AB Tasty, Convert or similar also counts.• Experience shipping AI or LLM-backed features into production, including evaluation and measurement.• Personalisation and segmentation experience, including CDPs, recommendation systems or audience-driven experiences.• Exposure to headless commerce, CMS and CRM platforms.• Enough technical depth to prototype in code and understand what an engineering team is building. How we workWe’re remote-first, but this is a Melbourne-based role. You’ll work remotely day-to-day, with in-person time used deliberately for client workshops, discovery, planning and sessions where being in the room makes a difference. You’ll work in small teams with short feedback loops and direct access to the people making commercial decisions.

eCommerce/Retail Director

Marketing that actually gets close to the business. We’re The Onset - a specialist recruitment business deeply connected to Australia’s technology ecosystem. We work with ambitious companies, brilliant industry experts and a wider group of specialists across data, AI, design and transformation through The Omnia Collective. We’re growing our marketing team and looking for someone who wants more than a narrow coordinator role. You’ll help us build smarter campaigns, experiment with AI and automation, support client engagement, work across the wider Omnia group and get involved in the events and experiences that bring our community together. It’s a broad role by design. One day you might be building a target-account campaign with a recruitment leader; the next, testing an AI workflow, helping activate an industry event or pulling together the data that tells us what is actually working. What You’ll Get Stuck Into

Build targeted B2B campaigns around the clients, sectors and communities we want to engage.

Experiment with AI and automation to make research, campaign delivery, follow-up and reporting smarter.

Work closely with our recruiters on client outreach, useful market content, case studies and sales enablement.

Coordinate website, SEO/AEO/GEO, email and digital activity and help us turn performance data into better decisions.

Become a key link between The Onset and Omnia Collective, working alongside teams across AI, data, design and transformation.

Help deliver client, community and industry events - from the campaign and guest experience through to the practical set-up and follow-up.

Keep the marketing engine organised: systems, assets, reporting, campaign workflows and the details that make good ideas happen.

You’ll thrive here if…

You have some marketing experience under your belt - ideally in B2B, growth, campaigns or marketing operations - and you’re ready for more ownership. Technology sector, recruitment or professional-services experience is useful, not essential.

You are already using AI as a marketing and productivity tool. Maybe you use ChatGPT or Claude every day, have built agents and automations, or are the person who always asks, “could we make this easier?”

You like working close to sales and clients and can see the difference between useful engagement and marketing noise.

You are organised enough to keep multiple things moving, but curious enough to keep improving how they are done.

You are comfortable with digital tools and data, without needing to be a technical specialist.

You have a hands-on style. We are a small team: no one is too senior to help set up a room, move a box, capture content or solve the thing that needs solving.

You enjoy people. This role crosses recruiters, leaders, clients, community members and teams across the wider Omnia group.

Why this one is interesting

You’ll work alongside our Brand & Community Specialist, with room to build complementary expertise in growth, AI and marketing operations.

You’ll have access to experts across Onset and The Omnia Collective and exposure to the way AI, data, design and transformation are changing businesses.

You’ll work directly with senior leaders and recruitment consultants rather than sitting several layers away from the commercial conversation.

You’ll get genuine variety: campaigns, AI, events, content, systems, client engagement and community.

There is a clear path to grow as your ownership and capability expand.

We offer a flexible WFH day, ongoing development, team events and a lively Surry Hills office environment.

A note on experience We care more about capability, curiosity and attitude than finding someone who has done this exact job before. If you have a strong marketing foundation, like learning new technology and want to be close to the action in a growing business, we would like to hear from you. Interested? Send us your CV and tell us a little about what caught your attention. If you have built something interesting with AI, run a campaign you are proud of or found a smarter way to solve a marketing problem, we would love to hear about that too. Apply here or reach out to alyse@theonset.com.au!

Marketing & Growth Specialist

Reports to: Head of RetentionLevel: Individual contributorLocation: Remote, async-firstCommitment: Full time, dedicated to Rest. No other clients, no side accounts, no fractional arrangements. The job: Email and SMS are one of the largest revenue lines in this business, and they run on Klaviyo. We want one person who runs that account end to end, every day: the flows, the campaign calendar, the segments, the SMS programme, deliverability and the reporting. You plan the channel and you build it. You are in Klaviyo every day. You read yesterday's results and change something because of it. If a week passes where you have not touched a flow, this is the wrong role. How the work arrives: You will be given the audience and the intent: who should hear from us, what they should hear, and why. Something like "lapsing second-purchase buyers, high churn risk, cross-sell angle." From there it is yours. You turn it into a live flow with the right splits, timing and email-to-SMS mix, brief our in-house creative team for design and copy, QA it and ship it. Then you report back what the data says, and you push back when a brief will not work inside the account. What you own:

The Klaviyo account. Flows, campaigns, forms, segments, SMS, integrations. Every send.

The channel plan. Flow architecture and the campaign calendar, built from the briefs you receive and your own read of the account.

Segment build. Implementing segment definitions in Klaviyo, keeping them accurate, flagging where the data does not support them.

SMS as a real second channel, compliantly. US TCPA, opt-in hygiene, quiet hours. The liability lives with you.

Deliverability. Authentication, reputation, inbox placement, spam and unsubscribe rates. Yours, not IT's.

List health. Sunsetting, suppression, and the growth mechanics (forms, pop-ups) that feed the list.

Testing and reporting. A/B tests with clean reads; weekly flow, campaign and SMS reporting the team acts on.

Loyalty and referral touchpoints in Klaviyo. Building the moments the rewards programme defines.

What you do not own:

Design and copy production: our in-house creative team. You brief and you QA.

Rewards and referral programme strategy and targets: you build its touchpoints.

Paid media and the website: elsewhere.

What success looks like:

Flow and campaign revenue, email and SMS

Deliverability health

List health

Execution quality: brief-to-live in days not weeks, zero-error sends, tests that end in a decision

First 90 days:

Audit every live flow. Retire duplicates and dead flows. Document what is left and why.

Deliverability baseline with numbers, and a fix list.

SMS compliance check and a sending cadence.

Weekly reporting cadence running.

First 6 months:

Channel revenue up without leaning harder on discounts

Flow architecture rationalised: everything live earns its place

SMS grown into a second channel that pays its way

Segments live in the account that match how people actually buy from us

Must have:

2+ years hands-on in Klaviyo, in production, as the person who builds. Conditional splits, profile properties, metric-triggered flows, segment logic, template management. You will show us live in a screen-share.

Email and SMS in the same programme (Klaviyo SMS, Postscript or Attentive), with US compliance.

Deliverability you have owned. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warming, reputation recovery, sunsetting.

A list at scale. Hundreds of thousands of profiles; a programme that reaches most customers most weeks.

Solo channel operation. You have run the calendar, the build, the QA and the reporting yourself, as the day-to-day owner of the account.

AI in the loop daily, with a view on where it helps and where it produces confident rubbish.

Detail rigour under volume. Small errors compound in public.

Nice to have:

DTC physical product, considered or high-ticket purchase

Klaviyo integrations with Shopify, loyalty, reviews and returns apps

Klaviyo certifications

Postscript or Attentive alongside Klaviyo SMS

Not a fit if:

Klaviyo is one tool you have used, not the one you live in.

Email-only, SMS as a side channel.

You treat deliverability as someone else's problem.

You would rather brief a builder than be the builder.

You are splitting attention across brands or clients.
