About AIOS AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor. We’re at $450M ARR, growing from $7M/yr in April 2025. We’re faithfully serving >200k/mo patients via Bolt Pharmacy, our main UK brand. We’ve just launched Bolt Med, our international brand. We’re profitable. Our strategy exists at the intersection of two strong theses:

The AI doctor that wins will get to escape velocity using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history.

The $2T European healthcare market is overlooked by the most talented builders.

Our master plan:

Step 0 → $100M/yr by end of 2025: We went from $10M to $100M in 6 months serving the UK GLP-1 market.

Step 1 → $1B ARR by end of 2026: Since April 2025 we've grown from 3k to 200k UK active GLP-1 patients. We’ll continue this growth curve to hit $1B ARR.

Step 2 → $10B ARR by end of 2028: Blitzscale Europe. We’ll be Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider.

Step 3 → $100B/yr by end of 2030: Get regulatory approval across Europe for our Full Autonomous Prescribing (FAP) system. Win contracts at scale with European payers to mass replace human labor. We’ll be the dominant full-stack AI doctor in Europe.

Step 4 → $1T/yr by end of 2035: With one line of code and zero human time, you can use AIOS to treat any patient globally with any medication.

In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company. We’re a young, founder-led company. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us. You can read more about working with us here: Working at AIOS The opportunity as Funnel Conversion Lead at AIOS We are building a world-class team. As Funnel Conversion Lead at AIOS, you are DRI for the end-to-end website CVR from Meta ads in a specific country. You’ll deeply understand our target customer in your specific country, think of macro tests to run, then get them executed. You’re responsible for the whole process: idea → hypothesis → test → result → learning → idea. You’re responsible for a specific country’s landers, quiz, checkout. This is a hands-on role, and you’ll live in the weeds running experiments each day. We run on Omniconvert, PostHog, and Hex, but you’ll remain tool-agnostic and able to operate across whatever testing + analytics stack is required. Great performance in the role means we can rapidly scale Meta spend in your specific country. Funnel Conversion is critical to scaling up our international growth efforts. If you nail the role, you’ll be a leading candidate for future senior roles across the Growth & Product teams. This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you’ll work mostly async in the timezone of your choice, as long as you’re around until midday Pacific Time most weekdays. You’ll lead a Product Squad, consisting of you + 1x SWE + 1x Web Designer. You'll work closely with our existing Funnel Conversion Lead (Michael McCann) and you’ll report to our Head of Performance (Dave Lane). You’ll also work closely with our CEO (Richie Cartwright). I (Richie) am intense, so you’ll also be intense. You’ll work long days and regularly work on weekends. Our default workweek is 50-60hrs/wk. This is an awful job for the vast majority of people looking for a job. Stay away! And for the right person, this will be the best role of your life :) Key Responsibilities Meta Click → Sale CVR: You are DRI for the end-to-end website CVR from Meta ads in a specific country.

Customer & marketing understanding: You must go deep on our target customer(s) in your specific country. Why are they converting and why are they not? Specifically at this stage of the GLP-1 take-up cycle in this specific country.

Ideas & prioritizing: You have many ideas, both macro & micro, produced from customer insights / session data / market research / funnel performance. You create precise hypotheses and order them ruthlessly. Your experiments are always well designed to avoid unhelpful ambiguity of results.

Execution: You are DRI for getting tests shipped. You run a Product Squad of 1x Engineer + 1x Designer. Tests get shipped rapidly and always to high-quality.

Measure & learn: You measure everything important and use that information to inform your future testing.

Improve tooling: You’re responsible for improving your own tooling. You don’t wait for someone else.

Key Traits

Experience: You've spent 4+ years running a high volume (>hundreds) of experiments for DTC ecommerce brands in high-pace, high-transaction-volume environments. I have a strong preference for people who understand & enjoy the scary intensity of a high-growth startup.

Macro swings: You don’t get stuck in hill climbing when we have no idea whether we’re yet on the right hill.

Zest: You just get consumer. You have strong taste for consumer experience and can tell when a flow feels dead, cringe, slow, confusing, or magical.

Funnel literacy: You understand the ad-to-landing-page handoff and how Funnel Conversion interacts with paid efficiency (CPL, CAC, quality score, LP experience).

Hands-on & autonomous: You've personally owned end-to-end testing, from ideation and setup all the way to QA and readouts. You haven’t simply managed an agency and/or a team. You don’t need your hand held & you don’t get overwhelmed easily.

Analytics: You’re maniacal about your metrics. You're comfortable inside the data, naturally curious, and able to dig past top-line numbers into segments and behaviour. You have a hunger to improve and are constantly upskilling. You care a weird amount about your analytics stack.

Design: You’re comfortable with design principles & wireframing so can work closely with design to get what you want into pixels.

Engineering: You’re sufficiently technical so code doesn’t bother you. You see turning your ideas into pixels as part of your remit, not something separate from you.

Our cultural standards We aim to make this your life's work. This should be the most challenging, most rewarding role of your life. Accordingly, these are the core cultural standards to which we hold ourselves & our team-members:

Belief in the mission: We will have served 100 million patients by the end of 2030 and we transform the life of most patients who join. We have a lot of work to do. We are obsessed with our patients and are dedicated to the mission.

Unwavering integrity: We are at the frontier, so we often live in ambiguity with no trodden path. When we can't look to others for guidance, we must maintain impeccable ethics and unwavering integrity.

Only the paranoid survive: Bad sh*t is coming. By joining us, you're choosing to sail straight towards the storms with unhesitating conviction. However much we've already done, however far we've already come, it's still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us.

If we're average we fail: We are only interested in "insanely great", a focus on the quality of our execution that in everyday life would be considered pathological. We have a dedication to excellence and reject incompetence.

Commitment to candor: That which can be destroyed by the truth should be. You get full transparency from the company and the company expects full transparency from you. We never say anything about someone that we wouldn't say to them directly. We give feedback with love and do not need to protect people from fleeting physical sensations.

A maniacal sense of urgency: We execute at an intensity that most people think is impossible. Speed is critical and we need things done yesterday. We all work very hard and in such a competitive world there really is no other way to win.

Enduring frugality: We are frugal. We hate being wasteful and we are anti-luxury. A culture of cheapness keeps us young. We spend our cash wisely & carefully, in a way that would make our grandmas proud.

Bulldozing barriers: The world is malleable and we shape it. We truly believe this and act accordingly. We are relentlessly resourceful and are at the mercy of no-one but ourselves. You'll be shocked how capable you are and how much you can achieve.

Keep your head down: We're boring people doing exciting work. We don't chase short-term status. We ignore short-term dopamine hits and focus on what matters. Outsiders will underestimate us and we revel in that.

The power of focus: We live in a world of power laws and we cannot overestimate the unimportance of practically everything. Know your One Thing, and nail it.

"You just build a f\*ing amazing experience. Make each step amazing. Make every decision in the long term interest of the customer. Give the customer massively more value than you take." Compensation & Benefits You get paid above market salary and you get early stage equity, so you get really rich if we nail this.

Compensation: $150k-$300k/yr (including equity)

Benefits The stuff below is cool as well.

Healthcare: comprehensive medical insurance (if appropriate).

Remote: our team is fully distributed across the world and functions fully remotely.

Personal development: budget for books, courses, coaching.

Personal wellness: budget for gym, health apps.

GLP-1s: free membership with a clinic offering GLP-1s.

Health coaching: free biweekly health coaching so you stay healthy.

Work coaching: free biweekly work coaching so you stay sharp + calm.

Equipment: Macbook & work-from-home equipment provided as needed.

What are we missing? We're still early so you get to shape our culture.

How to apply

Apply on Ashby

In addition, you’re welcome to email me richie+hiring@joinfella.com

Funnel Conversion (CRO) Lead at AIOS — Remote, $150k-$300k/yr (including equity)

🧬 About Us We’re iubenda, the team turning compliance into a growth engine. We help over 110K businesses all around the world build trust, boost performance, and grow without limits. Now part of team.blue (https://team.blue/), we’re scaling privacy tech with confidence, creativity, and a little bit of attitude. Join a team that moves fast, thinks big, and makes privacy feel exciting again! 🎯 Mission & Core Purpose Your mission is to own the full loop of Conversion Rate Optimization at iubenda, from hypothesis to shipped test to measurable revenue impact, across our websites and product surfaces, as a hands-on individual contributor: designing and running every A/B test with statistical rigor, building and maintaining the tracking that makes results trustworthy, and turning data into clear, actionable recommendations. You own how tests get built, run, and measured. The Monetization Principal, Marketing, and Product own what gets tested and why on their respective surfaces, and bring their initiatives to your queue. You will report to the Director of Growth, working closely with the Revenue Business Analyst, the Monetization Principal, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. This role sits at the center of iubenda's experimentation engine. 💼 Key Responsibilities

Owning the shared experimentation queue. Taking test requests from the Monetization Principal, Marketing, and Product, and prioritizing them by expected impact and effort. You decide how a test is designed and when it runs; requesting teams decide what to test and why;

Designing every test with proper statistical rigor: sample size, run duration, significance thresholds, and guardrail metrics, so results hold up under scrutiny;

Implementing and maintaining product and website tracking (Amplitude or a similar platform), owning the event and tagging plan, and auditing it regularly for drift or gaps;

Analyzing results and turning them into clear, statistically grounded recommendations. On monetization tests (pricing, packaging, paywalls, add-on offers), route the ship, kill, or iterate call back to the Monetization Principal; on other surfaces, make that call with Product or Marketing;

Executing tests across our websites and in-app surfaces, including landing pages, pricing pages, signup flows, checkout, payment pages, and in-app upgrade prompts. On monetization surfaces, the Monetization Principal briefs the offer, price, or packaging being tested; you own how it is built, run, and validated;

Reporting on experiment velocity, win rate, and cumulative impact on conversion rate and ARPU to the Director of Growth and the leadership team.

👤 How This Role Differs

Vs. Monetization Principal: who decides what to test or build to grow free-to-paid conversion and add-on revenue (pricing, packaging, paywalls, lifecycle campaigns), and own the resulting revenue outcome. You decide how it gets tested, build the experiment, and certify the result. You do not set monetization strategy or pricing; they do not run tests or own tracking infrastructure.

Vs. Revenue Business Analyst: the Analyst sizes opportunities and hands off data-backed findings. You do not do original opportunity analysis; you test the hypotheses that come out of it, alongside hypotheses from the Monetization Principal, Marketing, and Product.

💡 Experience & Skills

At least 6 years of experience in experimentation, growth, or conversion optimization, with a track record of shipped tests and quantified results;

Direct, hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools such as Amplitude, Optimizely, or VWO;

Experience implementing and running product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4, including event tracking setup;

Working knowledge of experiment design and statistics: significance testing, sample size calculation, confidence intervals;

Comfortable working directly in WordPress to implement or brief changes. You do not need to be a full-stack engineer, but you should be able to read basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;

Strong written communication. You can turn a test result into a recommendation a non-technical stakeholder can act on;

SaaS experience required; B2B experience preferred;

Full proficiency in English.

➕ Nice to have

Experience in a subscription, compliance, or privacy-tech SaaS environment;

Working knowledge of SQL, enough to pull and validate data independently;

Experience testing pricing, packaging, or checkout flows specifically.

🌐 Location We're a remote-first company. You can work from wherever you're most productive in the world. For those based in Italy or nearby, if you enjoy a mix of remote and in-person work, you can also take advantage of our offices in Milan and Bologna. For those based in Mauritius, while you can work from anywhere on the island, we encourage regular in-person collaboration at our Port Louis office, typically once per week. Wherever you’re based, this role involves working within a ±1 CET time frame to stay closely aligned with the rest of the team and make collaboration easy. 🎁 Benefits

Remote work 🌴 Work 100% remotely, or from our offices, whatever works best for you. We're fully structured for seamless remote onboarding and collaboration (for those based in Mauritius, we expect weekly in-person collaboration).

Company retreats 🏔️ Once a year, we hold fully paid, week-long retreats in beautiful locations such as Venice, Athens, and Palermo, where we work, connect, and recharge together.

All-in-One flex budget 💳 A yearly sum of up to 1,000€ that you can tailor to your personal needs, whether it’s private health coverage, meal vouchers, childcare, learning, fitness, or other lifestyle choices. You can invest in what matters most to you (total amount, availability of specific services, payment method, and taxability may vary depending on local regulations).

Work equipment supply scheme 💻 A policy designed to help you create the perfect setup and perform at your best.

Collaborative, multicultural team 🧩 Join a team of talented, international colleagues in a friendly, open, and highly collaborative environment.

Please send your CV in English. At Bending Spoons, we’re striving to build one of the all-time great companies. A company that serves a huge number of customers. A company where team members grow to their full potential. A company that functions at unparalleled levels of effectiveness and efficiency. A company that creates value for shareowners at an extraordinary rate. And a company that does so while adhering to high ethical standards. In pursuit of this objective, we acquire and improve digital businesses, not to sell on, but to own and operate for the long term. The transformations we make are often deep—designed to speed up innovation, benefit customers, and strengthen business performance. Here, hierarchy is minimal and teams are small and talent-dense. We operate established products with the ambition, agility, and urgency of a startup. Across the company, we integrate AI deeply into how we work so that human judgment and machine intelligence reinforce each other. For a talented, driven, and collaborative individual, working at Bending Spoons is an opportunity to learn, make an impact, and progress their career at an exceptionally high rate. Marketing Manager

Health can’t wait. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. ⭐️ The role: Product Lead, Growth ⭐️ At Alan, everyone is first and foremost an individual contributor. Product Managers at Alan are responsible for going deep on user needs, defining a product strategy, and turning it into a high impact product roadmap.

You'll work closely with designers, engineers and ops to define the right product and implement it.

You'll partner and align with all parts of the business: Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Data.

About the Growth area Growth owns everything that happens before someone becomes a member: how prospects find Alan, how they decide we're right for them, and how they start. It runs across two crews.

Conversion: the conversion flows and referral surfaces that turn prospects into members.

Growth Infrastructure: the website, marketing measurement, and marketing ops that make growth marketing efficient.

You'll own the product across both crews. You'll set the overarching product vision, manage the PMs, push experimentation velocity, and lead Alan's move to make Growth Product AI-native. More specifically, this means the following. Lead Alan's AI ambition in Growth About The way people discover and buy insurance is about to change, and we want Alan ahead of it. You'll set the agenda and ship against it:

Conversational AI that guides prospects through our sales flows.

AI-native acquisition surfaces.

Alan inside LLM ecosystems. Picture a GPT app where a prospect can shop for and buy health insurance, and agentic commerce more broadly.

You don't need to have built all of this before. You do need a real, opinionated view of where AI is going, and the drive to turn it into shipped product rather than decks. Build an experimentation engine Conversion is won by learning faster than anyone else. We have achieved a first baseline of A/B testing, learning loops, and a clear shared bar for what actually counts as a win. Now we want to take it to the next level. You'll improve our experimentation culture and the velocity. Give the area a coherent vision You'll align the Conversion and Growth Infrastructure roadmaps and concentrate the team's bets where the leverage is. Two bigger shifts sit in your scope. Alan is going from one product to many, and Growth needs to move from a single conversion flow toward something modular. We're also scaling a self-served model built to travel fast, so it can reach a new country quickly with controlled local adaptation. Build the team You'll manage the PMs in the area and contribute to people topics for all product communities in the area (Design, Engineering, Data, Insurance). That means hiring, coaching, raising the bar on craft, and running a team that owns its outcomes. Continuously increasing talent density is a key part of this job. ⭐️ About you ⭐️ You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:

6+ years of product related experience, currently at Lead or Group PM level, or as a Founder. You've owned strategy for a whole area, not a single team.

You've managed product managers directly. Hiring, coaching, hard feedback, performance calls. This is a hard requirement, not a grow-into.

You've shipped real growth product yourself: conversion, activation, or referral. You know funnel math, and you know a genuine win from a vanity one.

Experimentation is how you work, not something you ask others for. A/B testing, statistical significance, attribution. You can challenge a data team and catch a bad read.

You're hands-on in the engine room: event tracking, funnel analysis, experiment dashboards, growth instrumentation.

You're close to AI. Either you've built AI products, or you follow the space closely and have a clear view on where to bet and how LLM systems behave in production.

Ability to influence without authority: rallying distributed teams around shared vision and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders and geographies.

You talk to members and prospects often, you like doing it, and what you hear actually changes your mind.

You care about healthcare. Alan's mission has to genuinely matter to you. For us this is essential, not a nice-to-have.

English fluency is required; French is a nice-to-have.

For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F or higher level range. 🌍 How we work Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France. Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration 🎯 Important note: we hire people, not roles. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success. If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements? Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application! 🔖 Check out our About Alan and Career pages, as well as our Medium, blog and Glassdoor page for more info. You want to know more about Alan? 🙌 Perks & Benefits: Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers. 🤘A strong culture: People joining Alan are often surprised and delighted by our innovative working method. We have a set of cultural values that guide our approach to work

Product Lead - Growth

Everyone can run a search campaign. Almost nobody can tell you whether it worked. That is the whole job. Google will happily show you a 6x ROAS built almost entirely out of people who already knew your client's name. It will auto apply assets you did not ask for. It will report a number that makes a client feel great and tells you nothing about whether you grew the business. So we do not hire people to manage Google Ads. We hire marketers who can tell the difference between demand they created and demand they harvested, and who can prove it to a client's face. At Sweat Pants Agency we work with around 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, 20 to 25 of them on paid media. We spend $6 to $9M a month on Meta and $1 to $2M a month on Google. We are the only agency behind two INC #1 fastest growing brands, both from zero. You would own a set of our Google accounts end to end. Here is what "end to end" actually means. You are the account manager. We do not have any. You talk to the client directly. You write the updates, you run the calls, and you defend the call you made. The reason we do it this way is ownership. When you are the person answering for the account, it is your result, not somebody else's summary of your result. You own the whole funnel, not the campaign. Feed and Merchant Center, search and Shopping and PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube, the landing page, and the conversion tracking underneath all of it. If the feed is why Shopping is starving, that is yours. If the page is why the clicks do not convert, that is yours too. Our team ships advertorials, comparison pages, and PDPs in Claude Code, deploys them to Vercel, points a subdomain at them, and tests them live before anything touches the client's Shopify theme. You are expected to have an opinion about attribution and to defend it. We optimize to NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, not blended and not last click. We have turned brand search off to see what actually shifts to organic. We run geo holdouts. If a campaign is not incremental, we would rather know than keep the number. You can live anywhere. We are remote and we hire worldwide. The one hard requirement is that you can take client calls during US Eastern business hours, because you are the client's point of contact. The rest of your day is yours. Nobody here is on a time clock. We judge you on output. If you want a lane, a ticket queue, and a scope document, this is a bad fit and we will both know it fast. If you want to own the whole picture and be judged on whether the number moved, keep reading. Requirements What the job looks like

Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact. Budgets run from $5k/mo to well into six figures a month

Own the client relationship. There is no account manager between you and them. You present the results, the plan, and the reasoning, and you are the one who answers when something is not working

Audit before you touch anything. Every account we take over gets a real review first: campaign and ad group structure, keywords versus search terms, negatives, bidding strategy per campaign type, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking. Then a Loom walking the client through what you found. That Loom is how we sell and it is how we keep people

Run brand and non brand as different businesses. Brand is mostly assisted conversion and it usually belongs on target impression share, not target CPA. Non brand is where the growth is and where the waste is. Report them separately or you are reporting nothing

Know what PMax is actually doing. The most common mistake we see is optimizing PMax against an incremental CAC when half the volume inside it is branded. If you cannot separate those two, you cannot set a target

Keep Google's automation on a leash. Auto applied recommendations, auto applied assets, and auto created sitelinks have cost our clients real money. We audit for them on a schedule

Own the feed. Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, disapprovals, promotions, and what the feed does to Shopping and PMax delivery

Own the tracking. GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports versus a raw Google Ads tag, enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports for the lead gen accounts. When the numbers do not reconcile, you are the one who finds out why

Diagnose the bottleneck, then go fix it. Creative, offer, AOV, landing page, checkout, tracking. Nobody is going to reassign it to another team

Build the things the account needs. Landing pages, scripts, reporting, whatever removes the constraint. We are heavy AI users and we expect you to build, not just prompt

You are a fit if

You have done this with real money. Hands on Google Ads at meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce, with results you can walk us through: CPA, ROAS, revenue, and what you actually changed to get them. Shopping and PMax specifically, not just search

You are fluent in the whole stack, not one campaign type. Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM. Bing is a nice to have

You are AI native, and you build. This is a requirement, not a bonus. You should already be using Claude or equivalent as a working tool rather than a novelty, and you should be able to build and ship a landing page with it

You can communicate your ideas in English at a native or near native level. You will be in front of clients constantly. You need to explain your thinking clearly, sell an idea on its merits, push back when a client is about to force the account into mediocrity, and raise a problem before it becomes a fire. This matters as much as anything else on this list

You are skeptical of your own numbers. You would rather run the holdout than protect the dashboard

You can work US Eastern business hours for client calls. Where you live is up to you

Bonus: you have built or operated your own Shopify store, or you have run Meta at spend too

You are not a fit if

"That was not my role" is in your vocabulary. It is the fastest way to end an interview here. If the feed was the problem on an account you ran, you should have done something about the feed

You want to be told what to do this week

You need a ticketing system to know what matters

You quote blended ROAS as if it settles the question

Benefits Why this role is exciting This is not a maintenance job. You would have real influence over how we run Google across the agency. You will work on real brands with real budgets. We test aggressively. We learn quickly. We build frameworks that scale. You get trust on day one. You get a lot of autonomy. Some people thrive with it. You will get feedback fast either way, and if you make it through the first 30 days you will probably be here for a long time. Our retention on this team is very good and that is not an accident. You will grow into senior strategy. We want people who want more responsibility. If you perform, you will grow.

Brand & Partnerships Lead

A VSL that could not convert got split tested until it was doing a million dollars a day. Upsells that flopped turned into a step change in AOV. The swings available here are that big. You would own the funnels: VSLs, quizzes, advertorials, listicles, PDPs, upsells. The winning ads and the research behind them already exist, so you are not guessing at angles. You build the page that converts against proven messaging, get it live fast, then test it until it scales. This is a fully remote, full-time role. With overlap with US timezones. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

An empty testing roadmap that is yours to build

Winning ads and deep research already in hand, so you start from signal

Designers and developers to build whatever you spec

Live dashboards, so your wins show up the day they land

A direct line to marketing leadership with no layers in between

Licence to rewrite any page in any funnel if you can prove it

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO

Own the testing roadmap end to end, from hypothesis to result

Write and architect full funnels from scratch: VSL, quiz, advertorial, listicle, PDP, upsell

Turn winning ad clusters into pages that convert against that exact message

Mine customer interviews, reviews and competitor ad comments for angles worth testing

Spec pages in enough detail that designers and developers never have to guess

Run split tests at volume, kill losers quickly, and push winners to scale

Set the testing priorities: what gets tested, in what order, and why

Rewrite existing pages, quizzes and upsell flows that are underperforming

Work directly with designers and developers to get builds shipped on your timeline

WHO YOU ARE

You are an elite direct response copywriter with a track record of funnels that scaled

You can point to specific pages you wrote and the numbers they moved

You have 4+ years of experience in funnel strategy for DTC ecommerce brands

You work fast, taking an idea from brief to live in days rather than sitting on it for weeks

You write with AI and know how to prompt it so the output never reads like every other page in the category

You can explain why a page converts and carry that reasoning into the next test

Bonus points if you've:

Worked on supplements or health and wellness offers

Built your own mockups in Lovable or similar
