Mitchell Brands is a fast-growing skincare company selling globally through Amazon. Our portfolio focuses on treatments for hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone, with a catalog of 400+ SKUs across multiple Amazon marketplaces.
We operate primarily through the Amazon 3P model and rely heavily on data, experimentation, and continuous optimization to grow our brands.
We are a remote-first company, currently on a strong growth path, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and actively contribute to the evolution of our Amazon strategy.
Candidates must be able to work within CET time zone hours.
The Role
We are looking for a full time Amazon PPC & Growth Manager who will take ownership of our global Amazon advertising and help drive overall marketing strategy on the platform.
This role is not just about adjusting bids.
We are looking for someone who can think like a marketer, not just a PPC operator.
The right candidate should be able to:
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and sales
- Suggest creative improvements (images, banners, video ads)
- Contribute to launch and promotion strategies
- Analyze data and propose new growth initiatives
You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, and Amazon Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as ROAS, TACoS, CVR, and organic ranking
- Identify new growth opportunities across a 400+ SKU catalog
- Work with the design team to improve advertising creatives
- Analyze data using tools such as Helium10, TripleWhale, Sellerboard
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve overall Amazon performance
Requirements

- + years experience with Amazon PPC
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central (3P)
- Ability to analyze performance data and propose improvements
- Experience managing large product catalogs
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium10, TripleWhale, Sellerboard
- Understanding of Western e-commerce markets and consumer behavior
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- English (fluent level is mandatory)
- European languages like Italian, Spanish or French is a plus
Contract & Compensation
This is a fully remote freelance / contractor role.
Mitchell Brands is a US-based company, therefore collaboration will be structured as an independent contractor agreement.
Candidates based in the European Union must be able to issue invoices with a valid VAT number.
