About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our dynamic Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling our marketing efforts, optimizing campaign performance, and aligning initiatives with overall business goals. As a people-first leader, you will foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Affiliate Management to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies. Your expertise will help shape the future of our marketing initiatives, ensuring measurable results and sustained growth. Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • At least 4+ years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Proven success leading high-performing digital marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong expertise in paid digital channels, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and marketing automation
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, operations, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Digital Marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid media, SEO/SEM, and social platforms
  • Manage and optimize customer lifecycle campaigns, from lead capture to product adoption, ensuring timely and relevant messaging
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as trial conversions, customer retention, and overall campaign ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and recommend improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with product development, sales, and customer success strategies
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact
  • Report regularly to executive leadership on marketing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations
