Business Development Manager - Remote

We are a global leadership/personal development education company with 19 years of experience delivering award‑winning programs and transformational learning experiences. We are seeking professional, respectful, and self‑directed individuals to join our team in a remote, performance‑based sales capacity.

This role is suited to experienced professionals who excel in consultative conversations, value flexibility, and thrive in an environment where results are driven by personal initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured phone and Zoom interviews with qualified enquiries
• Guide aligned individuals through the program selection process
• Use simple digital marketing methods to maintain consistent enquiry flow
• Facilitate online information sessions and support prospective clients
• Build long‑term professional relationships and provide ongoing guidance
• Participate in weekly training and leadership development sessions

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

• 5+ years’ experience in sales, leadership, recruitment, coaching, or similar fields
• Strong communication skills across phone, Zoom, and digital platforms
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
• An interest in leadership, performance, and professional growth
• Confidence working remotely with self‑directed structure
• Have access to a laptop and WIFI
• Can allow a minimum of 2-4 hours per day to perform tasks
