We're looking for a Growth Marketing expert who thrives on experimentation, scaling acquisition, and turning data into sustainable growth.

Your Mission

• Own the strategy and execution of paid user acquisition across multiple digital channels.
• Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation, testing, and continuous optimization.
• Improve acquisition funnels, conversion rates, attribution models, and overall marketing efficiency.
• Scale existing channels while exploring new opportunities for customer acquisition.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Continuously optimize the marketing tech stack, tracking setup, and campaign performance.
• Take ownership of growth initiatives from idea to execution.

What You'll Bring

• Several years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or User Acquisition.
• Experience growing consumer-facing digital products, apps, subscription businesses, or marketplaces.
• Strong expertise in paid acquisition and data-driven marketing.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation, attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization.
• A proactive mindset with the ambition to build, improve, and scale.
• Excellent communication skills in English. German is beneficial but not required.
