Marketing Officer- Elizabeth Finn HomesAnnual Salary: £28K 34K + benefits Permanent, Full-time - 35 hours a week Remote working with regular travel to homes Elizabeth Finn is a leading care provider providing exceptional care throughout our eight prestigious care homes. About The Role We have a dedicated and well-trained Head Office team supporting an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. The Marketing Officer supports the delivery of consistent, high-quality and commercially focused marketing across Elizabeth Finn Homes. Acting as a guardian of the brand, the post holder will coordinate content, campaigns, events, PR, awards and marketing materials for our homes and central teams, while helping to manage budgets and deliver agreed sales and marketing plans.

  • Protect and consistently apply Elizabeth Finn Homes brand standards across all group, home and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Deliver sales and marketing plans for focus homes to support occupancy growth, enquiries and referrals.
  • Create and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, adverts, presentations, social media graphics and event collateral.
  • Ensure all communications are accurate, compliant, audience-appropriate and aligned with organisational values, tone of voice and quality standards.
  • Develop engaging content that promotes care quality, resident experiences, lifestyle, colleague achievements and community involvement.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with home managers and central teams, managing actions, deadlines, ownership and follow-up.
  • Plan, create and schedule social media content to support sales, recruitment, brand awareness and local engagement objectives.
  • Organise and promote open days, community events, networking opportunities, awareness campaigns and recruitment events.
  • Produce promotional communications, including invitations, email campaigns, signage and event materials.
  • Manage the group PR and awards programme, identifying opportunities and coordinating submissions throughout the year.
  • Write compelling award nominations, press releases and positive news stories using evidence, case studies, testimonials and measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate the annual Elizabeth Finn Homes Care Awards and support the delivery of colleague conferences and recognition events.
  • Create employer-brand and recruitment marketing materials to support attraction and retention initiatives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, purchase orders and invoices, ensuring value for money and brand consistency.
  • Monitor and report on marketing activity, campaign performance, engagement, lead generation and market intelligence, while providing support to the Head of Marketing and Sales and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
