• Lead research initiatives addressing key business questions across a portfolio of global social and digital platforms
• Design and execute both quantitative and qualitative research to support marketing strategy and product development
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that influence marketing campaigns and product roadmaps
• Conduct creative testing and contribute insights to campaign performance and brand strategy
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, brand, product, research, and data science teams to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in marketing insights, market research, or consumer research
• Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, brand, and research organizations
• Proven ability to translate research insights into strategy and measurable business impact
• Strong experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research
• Experience with ABI (Attitude, Behavior, Intent) frameworks for qualitative research
