We’re working with a growing affiliate business in iGaming that has built a strong portfolio of digital assets and is now ready to add greater focus and structure as it scales.

This is, at heart, an SEO-led affiliate growth role.

You’ll oversee a portfolio of content-driven sites, making sure they rank well, convert properly and continue to grow. At the same time, you’ll take full ownership of one key asset yourself — staying close enough to the work to understand what’s really driving performance.

This isn’t about managing timelines from a distance. It’s about knowing how organic traffic becomes revenue — and building the systems, habits and discipline that allow that to happen consistently.

What you’ll be doing

– Overseeing 4–6 active digital projects across the portfolio

– Managing and developing Product Owners, creating clarity and accountability

– Working closely with SEO, content, development and marketing to keep work aligned

– Taking direct responsibility for one core asset, executing key SEO and operational initiatives

– Refining processes so the portfolio can scale without unnecessary friction

– Spotting bottlenecks early and resolving them

– Monitoring traffic, rankings, clickouts and revenue performance

– Ensuring commercial objectives are reflected in day-to-day execution

Strong SEO foundations are essential. You should be comfortable shaping content strategy, reviewing site structure, prioritising technical improvements and understanding how rankings translate into traffic and revenue within an affiliate model.

We’re looking for someone who:

– Has managed multiple digital projects at once without losing focus

– Understands SEO deeply, not just at headline level

– Has meaningful experience within iGaming affiliate or performance publishing

– Has led and developed team members

– Is comfortable switching between strategy and execution

– Communicates clearly and works well across functions

– Is at ease in a fast-moving, evolving environment
