To ensure VBET isn't just a choice in the iGaming world, but a powerhouse in the broader entertainment and media landscape.

About the Role

As the Head of Brand, you will own and drive the global VBET brand positioning. You will be the bridge between HQ strategy and regional execution, ensuring that whether a player is in Armenia or anywhere else across our global GEOs, the brand experience is seamless, premium, and resonant. You’ll move beyond simple performance acquisition to build long-term brand equity and trust.

📌Key Responsibilities

  • Define and continuously evolve the global VBET brand strategy and positioning to stay ahead of market trends
  • Own and enforce brand guidelines, acting as the central authority to ensure consistency across all regions and channels
  • Lead the development of high-impact brand campaigns and compelling brand storytelling that cuts through the noise
  • Coordinate and align PR, SERM (Search Engine Reputation Management), brand marketing, and influencer strategies
  • Work hand-in-hand with Design, Product, Performance Marketing, and Regional teams to integrate the brand into every touchpoint
  • Curate and supervise global and regional brand studies, tracking awareness, perception, and brand equity metrics to make data-driven decisions

✅Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience (minimum 3 years in the iGaming industry)
  • Experience managing global brands or multi-market brand systems
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (design, product, performance)
  • Strong background in brand strategy, storytelling, and campaign development
  • Experience with brand research, consumer insights, and brand tracking studies
