Job Summary

The International Marketing Specialist supports the execution, coordination, and optimization of marketing initiatives with a strong focus on international marketing efforts, particularly across EU markets. This role owns the coordination of translation and localization projects, supports cross-channel marketing campaigns, and ensures accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance of marketing materials across international audiences. The International Marketing Specialist collaborates closely with marketing, product, sales, and operations teams to gather requirements, manage timelines, coordinate vendors, and deliver high-quality marketing assets. This position combines project management, campaign execution, content support, and performance tracking, while maintaining brand standards and alignment with business objectives. The International Marketing Specialist reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and provides excellent internal customer service while demonstrating company values and supporting the mission.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Own and manage multilingual translation and localization projects, including timelines, workflows, vendor communication, quality control, and internal approvals
  • Ensure translated and original marketing materials are accurate, culturally relevant, consistently branded, and aligned with company messaging across EU and international markets
  • Apply strong copyediting and content review skills to support clear, compelling marketing messaging across website, email, and digital channels
  • Coordinate and support digital advertising, paid media, email marketing, website updates, content development, testimonial videos, social media campaigns, lead generation programs, and marketing collateral
  • Support the execution of integrated campaigns, messages, and content across social, digital, email, web, and event channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce graphics, web and digital assets, videos, photography, and marketing materials
  • Assist with international demand generation initiatives including webinars, videos, podcasts, panels, and events
  • Support marketing automation initiatives, including email journeys, CRM coordination, and campaign optimization
  • Track and analyze marketing performance data to support reporting, insights, and data-driven decision-making
  • Conduct research on customer insights, competitor activity, and industry trends to support campaign execution and international market alignment
  • Maintain strong organization, documentation, and version control across marketing, localization, and translation projects
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of professional experience in marketing execution, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related role
  • Experience supporting international, multilingual, or localization-focused marketing initiativespreferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals across digital, email, web, and content channels
  • Strong written communication and copyediting skills
  • Experience working with vendors, agencies, or translation partners preferred
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and support reporting efforts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools preferred
  • Effective interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Team-oriented with a strong service mindset
  • High standards for professionalism, integrity, and work ethic
  • Strong follow-through and accountability
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities
  • Participate in training as required
