ThatRound is building an AI powered marketplace for fundraising services and investor access, helping founders move faster with less noise.

Our growth strategy relies heavily on founder-led marketing and high-quality content that helps founders understand fundraising and navigate the ecosystem.

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Executive to help scale that engine.

The role

This is a content-first marketing role inside a small, fast-moving team.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and founders to turn ideas, insights, and conversations into engaging content.

What you’ll do

Content creation

  • Write LinkedIn posts and short-form content
  • Draft articles and website content
  • Repurpose ideas, insights, and conversations into publishable content

Founder-led marketing

  • Support the growth of founder profiles on LinkedIn
  • Help shape tone of voice and content themes
  • Turn founder insights into clear posts and articles

Content distribution

  • Manage and maintain a social content calendar
  • Publish and distribute content across channels
  • Track engagement and identify what works

Marketing operations

  • Upload case studies and content to the website
  • Support basic SEO improvements
  • Help manage marketing assets

Creative production

  • Create simple graphics in Canva
  • Prepare visual assets for posts
  • Support lightweight video or podcast content

What we’re looking for

You’ll likely be a fit if you:

  • Enjoy writing and producing content regularly
  • Have ~2–4 years experience in marketing or content roles
  • Are curious about startups, venture capital, or fundraising
  • Can turn messy ideas into clear, structured content
  • Are comfortable using modern tools (AI writing tools, design tools, publishing tools)
  • Are organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

Nice to have:

  • Startup experience
  • Experience with founder-led marketing
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a marketing channel
  • Basic SEO understanding
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Riverside, or Figma
