Role Description: Responsible for creating contact with potential leads through multiple communication channels. Builds the first connection between the company and prospective clients, introducing products and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. Main Responsibilities: * Reach out to potential clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms * Present the company’s value and products in a clear and engaging way * Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives * Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM system * Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach efficiency * Track and report daily and weekly activities and results Requirements: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * High motivation and proactive attitude * Ability to connect with people and create interest * Previous experience in sales or lead generation is an advantage * Fluent English; additional languages are a plus * Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) Additional Details: * Fully remote position (preferably based in Poland or nearby countries) * Attractive base salary with large performance-based bonuses * Opportunity to grow within an international and fast-developing company
