We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of a cutting-edge marketing infrastructure integrating Google Ads, HubSpot, Hyros, GA4, and LMS data systems. This individual will be pivotal in strengthening ACT’s data integrity, attribution modeling, and automated marketing workflows.
Role Overview
This is a senior-level, highly technical position ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of marketing, analytics, automation, and development.
The Senior Marketing Data Architect will:
- Audit, rebuild, and optimize ACT’s tracking and data systems.
- Implement advanced automation across CRM, LMS, and paid ad channels.
- Ensure data accuracy, event tracking, and cross-platform consistency from the first ad click through enrollment and course completion.
You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and development teams to deliver seamless performance insights and optimized student acquisition funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive technical audit of ACT’s Google Ads, HubSpot, and LMS (Thinkific, Canvas) integrations.
- Review and optimize Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion event setups for accurate multi-channel attribution.
- Implement Hyros tracking for paid and organic channels, ensuring cross-domain continuity.
- Design custom event-based triggers (e.g., enrollment, course start, module completion, inactivity) syncing to HubSpot via API or webhooks.
- Configure HubSpot automations for email, SMS, and retargeting workflows.
- Develop server-side tracking systems (GTM Server Container, Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions).
- Manage and optimize data layer structures, ensuring event flow alignment between CRM, Ads, and LMS systems.
- Troubleshoot code-level tracking issues, duplicate event firing, or broken scripts.
- Generate real-time dashboards for ROI, CAC, LTV, and engagement metrics.
- Build predictive lead scoring and funnel automation using HubSpot and AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT.
Required Technical ExpertiseAdvanced Tracking Systems (Hyros, GA4, GTM)
- Deep experience in Hyros attribution setup, validation, and debugging.
- Proficiency with GA4 event schema, user stitching, and BigQuery exports.
- Custom data-layer logic and JavaScript tag deployment via GTM.
Code-Level Debugging & API Integration
- Skilled in JavaScript, HTML, and web implementation for marketing pixels.
- Strong understanding of API mapping between Thinkific/Canvas → HubSpot → Hyros → Google Ads.
- Competence in Postman testing, webhook troubleshooting, and payload validation.Attribution, Privacy & Cross-Domain Tracking
- Expert knowledge of CAPI, GDPR, and first-party cookie management.
- Proven ability to solve attribution loss due to browser restrictions and privacy updates (iOS17, Safari).
CRM & Automation Engineering (HubSpot)
- Mastery of workflow automation, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and custom property setup.
- Experience connecting LMS triggers (enrollments, completions) directly into HubSpot lifecycle events.Innovative Data Architecture & AI Optimization
- Implement server-side tracking containers and data pipelines with high integrity.
- Use ChatGPT and AI automation for documentation, workflow generation, and performance insight.
Preferred Background
- 6+ years of experience in marketing data architecture, ad tech, or technical marketing operations.
- Proven record of CRM-LMS-Ad system integration within the education, e-learning, or healthcare trainingindustry.
- Certifications: HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4, or GTM Specialist.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data flows into actionable growth strategies.Ideal Deliverables
