📈 We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven performance marketer to own and scale our Google and YouTube channels across global markets.
This isn’t a role for someone looking to manage a set-and-forget account. It’s for a strategic executor - someone who loves diving into data, running structured tests, leveraging the full ecosystem of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen), and pushing creative performance to unlock growth.
Our product is fully digital, which means we can launch into any country without friction - no inventory, no logistics, no borders. Google is one of the biggest levers we haven’t fully unlocked yet - and we’re looking for the right person to turn it into a growth engine.

🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own and scale Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns
- Build and execute full-funnel growth strategies — from awareness to conversion
- Drive YouTube and video-led acquisition through creative and data-driven testing
- Run structured experiments across creatives, bids, placements, and offers
- Collaborate with creative, Meta, influencer, and SEO teams for cross-channel synergy
- Proactively identify opportunities, trends, and new platform advantages

- Clear performance uplift across key markets with structured testing and learnings
- YouTube and Demand Gen delivering measurable growth in reach, awareness, and conversions
- Performance Max and Shopping optimised for efficiency and incremental revenue
- You’re confidently leading Google growth strategy with commercial clarity and initiative
