What we are looking to hire: Mission Statement

Lead and inspire a global marketing for one of the Key Business Unit, Adara to deliver measurable growth and brand impact by combining world-class product marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, events, and strategic brand positioning. Ensure our narrative is consistent, compelling, and differentiated across all markets, channels, and audiences—so our customers know what we stand for and our sales teams have the tools they need to win.

What You Will Do (Key Outcomes – 12–18 Months)Drive Revenue Impact

  • Deliver a measurable lift in marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline YoY through effective demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital campaigns.

Elevate Brand Presence

  • Strengthening global brand positioning and awareness, achieving a quantifiable increase in share of voice, media mentions, and category recognition.

Global Campaign Execution

  • Implement integrated, multi-channel campaigns that consistently meet or exceed engagement, lead, and conversion targets across regions.

Thought Leadership Development

  • Establish the company as a recognized thought leader in the industry via keynotes, industry reports, strategic partnerships, and executive visibility.

Operational Efficiency

  • Optimize marketing operations for scalability and ROI, with clear metrics dashboards and quarterly performance reviews.

Competencies (What We Will Evaluate)Strategic Vision & Execution – Ability to set a bold marketing vision and translate it into actionable, measurable plans.

Global Team Leadership – Experience managing /working with geographically distributed, cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and performance.

B2B Marketing Expertise – Proven mastery in enterprise B2B marketing including brand, demand gen, digital, and product marketing.

Data-Driven Decision-Making – Ability to define KPIs, analyze marketing performance, and adjust strategies based on insights.

Cross-Functional Influence – Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.

Brand Storytelling – Capacity to articulate and amplify a differentiated value proposition across all audiences and formats.

Change Leadership – Successfully lead through transformation, scaling, or market repositioning.

Financial Acumen – Effective budget planning, ROI measurement, and resource allocation.

Communication Skills – Exceptional verbal and written skills for both internal and external audiences.

Cultural Agility – Adept at navigating diverse global markets and customer contexts.

Experience Required

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership, with a focus on brand, field, and/or sales marketing.
  • Proven track record in demand generation and digital marketing within global enterprises.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, preferably SaaS or technology sectors.
  • History of building and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
