We are partnering with a global technology company to hire an experienced Product Marketing / Strategy Lead to support a high-growth monetisation team during a maternity leave cover. This role sits at the intersection of product, strategy, and go-to-market, with a strong focus on scaling revenue and expanding into additional European markets.
Salary: £110,000-£122,000
Location: UK (Remote - some travel around Europe may be required)Contract: 12 months
This is a hands-on, strategic role suited to someone who can step in quickly, influence senior stakeholders, and help shape the direction of an early-stage monetisation portfolio.
The Role
You will act as the voice of the market internally, helping product and engineering teams build solutions that meet advertiser and business needs across Europe. You’ll own go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of products, ensure alignment across regional teams, and support revenue growth in a complex, highly regulated environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading market assessments using quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to inform product strategy
- Representing advertiser and market needs internally with product, engineering, and design teams
- Identifying product risks and opportunities, and prioritising recommendations for new and existing products
- Coordinating cross-functional initiatives across product, sales, partnerships, and regional teams
- Ensuring consistency and scalability across markets while allowing flexibility for local nuances
- Owning go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, product documentation, and client communications
- Enabling sales and partnerships teams with clear, effective messaging for different audiences
- Supporting revenue growth and expansion across multiple European markets, with awareness of regional regulations (e.g. privacy and compliance)
What We’re Looking ForNon-negotiable requirements:
- 8–10 years’ experience in product marketing, strategy, or similar roles within large, global organisations
- MBA is desirable
- Background working with major tech platforms and/or complex industries such as pharma or FMCG
- Strong strategic mindset (this role is not focused on creative execution or channel marketing)
- Excellent communicator who can influence and align senior, cross-functional stakeholders
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
- Strong data analysis skills
