• Create and deploy innovative digital & equipment solutions.
• Collaborate globally with sales, innovation, procurement, marketing, and legal teams.
• Support commercialization and product lifecycle management.
• Partner with paper industry customers to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• MBA or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong digital skills and curiosity to grow.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Direct experience in the paper industry or strong understanding of paper manufacturing processes.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA, M.S., PhD).
• Experience with IoT, data analytics, or digital product marketing.
• Background in industrial equipment or specialty chemicals.
