REALM Global is hiring a Director of Strategic Growth to help scale one of the most exclusive networks in luxury real estate.

This is not a traditional sales role.

We’re looking for a highly connected, self-directed business builder who understands the luxury real estate ecosystem, values relationships over transactions, and knows how to create momentum without waiting for leads.

If you already have trusted relationships with top-producing agents, teams, brokers, developers, or luxury-adjacent partners—and know how to turn access into long-term strategic growth—we’d like to talk.

The Role

You will own the full membership growth lifecycle—from sourcing and opening doors to leading strategic conversations, closing new members, and helping shape long-term expansion strategy.

This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility role for someone who thrives with ownership and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified prospective members

• Leverage your network to create warm introductions and high-value opportunities

• Lead consultative sales conversations with top-producing agents, teams, and brokerages

• Clearly communicate REALM’s value proposition and convert interest into membership growth

• Partner with leadership across marketing, member success, and product teams

• Maintain strong CRM discipline and provide market feedback that helps shape strategy

Who You Are

• Proven closer with experience in luxury real estate, development, private membership, or HNW relationship sales

• Existing network within luxury real estate strongly preferred

• Highly independent and resourceful—you don’t need hand-holding

• Executive presence with strong communication and emotional intelligence

• Competitive, driven, and energized by building something meaningful

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced remote environment with high standards
