Role Description

The Director of Online Marketing leads the organization’s digital marketing strategy to drive online visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive online marketing strategies across digital channels.
• Overseeing digital campaigns including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Managing and mentoring the digital marketing team to achieve performance goals.
• Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools and optimizing strategies for better ROI.
• Collaborating with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Managing digital marketing budgets, agencies, and vendor relationships.
• Staying updated on digital trends, tools, and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or marketing leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
