Regional Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

● Lead full-cycle customer development: Proactively assess opportunities, leverage

market intelligence to analyze potential, generate leads from new

products/formulations, execute action plans, and design tailored solutions via

external collaboration.

● Oversee CRM and marketing services: Collaborate with key accounts' marketing

teams for insights to support R&D/BD; integrate resources to ensure efficient service

delivery and after-sales support.

● Drive market research and value-added services: Conduct joint customer visits to

gather regional data (surveys, competition, channels), implement 360° solutions, and

enhance growth via research/recipe support.

● Manage omnichannel marketing and PR: Identify high-value targets, execute

tailored campaigns with sales, oversee online/offline channels (webinars, SEO,

events), and build media networks for regional exposure.

Job Requirements

● Qualifications: Master's in marketing-related fields, 10+ years of experience,

proficient in B2B2C marketing practice, and familiar with the F&B consumer market.

● Market Research Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth market research, analyze data,

and derive actionable insights to understand target markets, consumer behavior, and

industry trends.

● Strategic Planning & Team Leadership: Expertise in developing and executing

marketing strategies aligned with business goals, setting clear objectives/KPIs, and

leading teams to drive collaboration and motivation.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product

development, and supply chain to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall

operational strategies.
