• Coaching, developing and leading your team
• Provide transformational leadership to aspiring leaders and help them achieve their goals.
• Cultivate leadership skills and personal growth in individuals and teams.
• Conduct one-on-one interviews and team workshops.
• Implement customized training to meet the specific needs of clients.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of consultancy experience with a focus on leadership development.
• Profound understanding of leadership principles and effective personal growth.

Experience and Skills:
