WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by owning and scaling all performance channels (paid social, search, lifecycle, CRO) to hit aggressive targets across CAC, LTV, and ROAS
- Increase new customer acquisition by optimizing paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other emerging platforms
- Boost onsite conversion rates by leading the CRO roadmap—including testing frameworks, landing page optimization, and funnel improvements
- Improve creative performance by partnering with internal and external teams to produce, test, and iterate winning ad creatives at scale
- Extend customer lifetime value by integrating performance marketing with lifecycle strategies (email, SMS) and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience
- Expand top-of-funnel reach by leveraging partnerships, affiliates, and influencers as scalable acquisition channels
- Build and lead a high-performance growth function by identifying capability gaps, hiring key talent, and setting a strong team culture and cadence
- Reduce reliance on external agencies by building in-house capabilities across media buying, analytics, and creative collaboration
- Create forecasting systems and performance dashboards that bring visibility to key KPIs across channels and inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Creative Director, Managing Director, and Product to align growth efforts with product launches, seasonal pushes, and brand strategy
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 6+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within high-growth DTC eCommerce businesses
- You have directly scaled a DTC brand in the US market, ideally from €10M to €50M+ in revenue (or higher)
- You have deep expertise in paid media performance, particularly across Meta and Google Ads, with a strong grasp of CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution, and efficient scaling
- You have a strong track record in CRO and funnel optimization, using testing, UX experimentation, and A/B frameworks to drive measurable gains
- You are a strategic thinker who’s also comfortable executing and getting hands-on when needed
- You have experience working closely with creative teams to produce, test, and iterate winning ad creatives
- You are highly data-fluent, comfortable building forecasts, analyzing performance, and translating data into clear, actionable growth initiatives
- You thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment where speed, autonomy, and adaptability are essential
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE30 Days
- Fully audit all growth channels (Meta, Google, email/SMS, CRO, creative), identifying immediate performance gaps and inefficiencies
- Set up initial performance dashboard covering CAC, LTV, ROAS, and Contribution Margin per channel
- Build trust with team leads (Performance, CRM, Creative, Partnerships, Finance) and understand current team structure and responsibilities
- Identify and propose quick wins for paid media and conversion optimization
- Review and assess current funnel architecture for category-level improvements
60 Days
- Implement high-impact quick wins in media buying, CRO, and creative testing
- Align each performance channel with KPIs, weekly launch cadences, and budget accountability
- Begin rollout of category-specific landing pages and segmented funnels
- Draft geographic expansion roadmap for scaling in UK, Canada, and EU
- Define long-term growth metrics beyond ROAS: margin contribution, retention impact, and blended CAC
- Outline capability gaps and begin hiring plan for internal team growth
90 Days
- Show clear performance lift in 1–2 core channels (e.g., Meta + CRO), with measurable CAC or ROAS improvement
- Launch pilots in new geographic markets with initial learnings
- Present a 12-month growth roadmap including org chart evolution, spend targets, and profit-based scaling benchmarks
- Have weekly growth cadence running with owned internal team and reduced agency reliance
- Deliver updated funnel strategy live across multiple product categories with early results
