Are you a creative thinker who enjoys turning ideas into action?

Mentor it Forward® is growing its Marketing & Communications team and we are looking for people who want to contribute their creativity, skills, and initiative to help grow a community-driven organisation with real social impact.

We are building a space for people who want to shape how our story is told, how our community grows, and how our message reaches the right people.

Depending on your skills, creativity, and areas of interest, you might contribute across areas such as:

• Social media strategy and management

• Content creation and storytelling

• Visual design, multimedia, and video

• Campaign development and outreach

• Community engagement and messaging

• Marketing analytics and growth initiatives

• Digital marketing, including hands-on experimentation with tools like Google Ads

We welcome people with different levels of experience, from emerging creatives looking to build capability, to professionals who want to contribute their expertise to a meaningful cause.

Time commitment: approximately 4 hours per week. If you happen to have more creative energy to share, we certainly won’t complain.

About Mentor it Forward®

Mentor it Forward is a rapidly growing not-for-profit organisation dedicated to bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience by empowering individuals and increasing employability in our business community. Founded in 2023, MiF provides mentorship programs at no cost to participants, aiming to empower individuals through guidance from experienced professionals. With a growing range of initiatives, MiF expands its social impact by engaging and bringing the broader business community together to support and integrate participants into the business ecosystem.
