What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their marketing journey.
- Work closely with our creative and ads teams to oversee campaign performance, results, and communication.
- Take ownership of client satisfaction by understanding their goals and ensuring our work consistently aligns with them.
- Stay on top of projects, deadlines, and results — making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Be proactive in identifying new opportunities for clients to grow, improve, or refine their marketing efforts.
- Occasionally attend in-person meetings and visit childcare centres across Sydney to strengthen client relationships and gain real insight into their businesses.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year working in a small to medium marketing agency (client-facing experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines at once.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to problem-solve and adapt.
- Based in Sydney, Australia, with the ability to travel across Sydney for client meetings when required.
