The freelance Graphic Designer’ will work on a mixture of digital and print projects for different areas of the business across Paid/Marketing, Brand, eCom, and PR/Social.
Across 2-3 days your main accountabilities will be:
Multi-Channel Design: Conceptualise and produce cohesive on-brand assets for Web (banners/landing pages), EDM, Paid Social, Wholesale, and Print.
Video Mastery: Edit engaging long and short-form video content for YouTube, TikTok, and Reels that stops the scroll.
Campaign Execution: Partner with the Brand & Creative team to design and launch global marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
Brand Evolution: Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity across digital platforms and physical retail locations.
End-to-End Production: Manage high-volume deadlines, liaise with printers/vendors, and perform high-quality photo retouching as needed.
Data-Driven Design: Utilise UX feedback and engagement metrics to refine designs and optimise the customer journey.
What we are looking for:
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven Track Record: 2–4+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within a fast-paced fashion or beauty brand.
- Software: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Premiere Pro or After Effects is a major plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion, Communications, or a related creative field.
- Digital Native: A deep understanding of the 18–35 female demographic and a portfolio that showcases success across Web, EDM, and Social Media.
- Trend Hunter: You live and breathe social trends, possessing the agility to turn "viral moments" into on-brand assets instantly.
