Head of Social & DigitalInside Industry | Full-Time | Remote | $100,000–$110,000 The Role

We're building something different here. An all-female team of specialists who actually get the B2B beauty and aesthetics industry.

You'll be leading social and digital strategy for a portfolio of skincare, device, and beauty-tech brands — all B2B, all within the professional beauty industry. That means you need to understand (or learn quickly!) how our world works. Who the decision-makers are. What moves the needle when you're speaking to professionals, not consumers.

We're specialists when it comes to industry strategy, but we need someone who can take that and run with it — translating it into social and digital platforms in a way that builds awareness, drives stockist acquisition, and gets other brands talking.

You'll be managing three direct reports — a Digital Coordinator, Social Media Coordinator, and Content Creator — and working alongside our copywriters, designers, and CEO.

This is a leadership seat. And you'll have the room to bring creative, industry-leading ideas that make people stop scrolling.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning the social and digital strategy across multiple B2B beauty and aesthetics brands
  • Taking brand consulting strategy and turning it into real, platform-specific campaigns that actually land
  • Leading and developing your team of three — not just delegating, but building their capability
  • Driving brand awareness, stockist acquisition, and advocacy through content and digital initiatives
  • Developing strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and wherever the opportunity sits
  • Working closely with copywriters, designers, and the CEO to keep everything aligned
  • Reporting on what's working, what's not, and where the opportunities are
  • Conveying data analytics and reporting to clients on a monthly basis to direct the strategy
  • Building SOPs that the brand can lean into for foundational growth and scalability
  • Staying across what's shifting in the industry, on the platforms, and in the competitive landscape

What You'll Need

  • Experience leading social and/or digital strategy in a B2B space — beauty, aesthetics, health, or wellness is a strong advantage
  • Experience managing and mentoring a small team
  • The ability to think strategically and then actually do the work
  • A solid grasp of KOL engagement, advocacy, and stockist-level marketing
  • Fluency across social platforms — and the awareness to know what works differently in B2B
  • You can read the data and turn it into a plan
  • Confidence working directly with founders in a lead start-up (we're building the plane as we're flying it!)

You're strategic. But you're not precious about it.

You can zoom out and see the full picture. You can also zoom in and fix a caption that a Founder is telling you doesn't fit their brand. You know (or are willing to learn) that marketing to professionals in this industry is its own language — different sales cycle, different context, different everything.

You respect the essence of a brand. You protect it. But you're not here to play it safe. We want someone who takes the reins on social and digital direction and brings bold, out-of-the-box thinking to the table. The kind of ideas that make people pause mid-scroll. Staying true to a brand and being brave with it aren't mutually exclusive — and you already know that.

You thrive when things move fast. You're comfortable being the most senior voice on all things social and digital. And you're energised by building something — not just keeping it ticking over.

You develop people. You don't just hand them a task list.
