Role OverviewA HIGHLY EXPERIENCED MARKETER WITH 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE

The E-commerce Coordinator supports the digital, content, and operational functions of the brand's online presence. This role is executional and fast-paced, working closely with the Marketing team to ensure the website, content schedules, and PR processes run seamlessly. You will help maintain brand consistency across all platforms while supporting daily digital tasks essential to growth.

Key Responsibilities E-commerce & Website Management

Update and maintain the website, ensuring all product pages, descriptions, assets, pricing, and collection layouts are correct and elevated.

Add new products to the global product catalogue (LLC) and ensure all information is complete and accurate.

Work closely with our marketing manager on weekly updates, product accuracy, and digital housekeeping.

Conduct routine website audits to ensure an error-free, cohesive online experience.

Liaise with Rahul as needed regarding digital integrations, website fixes, and technical tasks.

Email Marketing

• Prepare/ create and schedule 2 Klaviyo campaigns per week, ensuring each send is brand-aligned and visually compelling.

  • Mock up 2 stories a week tying into monthly edm content / posting theme

Content, PR & Social

  • Maintain and update the PR tracking sheet; follow up with creators and stylists in a timely, professional manner.
  • Upload and organise all content to google photos, including PR imagery, Seen On content, and campaign/behind-the-scenes assets.
  • Post and update Linkedin

Marketing & Production Support

• Assist in planning and organising shoots and marketing-led events.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

  • Extensive experience in Shopify operating in live themes to update product imagery and website banners
  • Extensive experience in visual design to align with brand guidelines and work across canva and illustrator
  • Extensive experience in Klaviyo
  • Understands how to use project management tools such as Asana
  • Proactive/ efficient and a reactive thinker
  • Can be based online anywhere in Australia
