Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, building deep relationships with reseller partners while collaborating across product marketing, sales, and operations to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition through the channel. You will design integrated marketing programs spanning enablement, demand generation, and co-marketing initiatives, and contribute to broader campaign efforts within the growth marketing team. Success in this role requires a collaborative mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a data-informed approach to partner strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT WILL YOU DO? Partner Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Own and execute partner marketing plans, aligning with regional priorities, business objectives, and partner capabilities
  • Partner with Channel Account Managers to onboard partners, identify strategic accounts, and define joint marketing priorities
  • Build and leverage partner relationships to amplify brand awareness and generate leads through the partner community
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing efforts and training programs to ensure alignment on product positioning and value propositions across key organizational functions (marketing, sales, success)

Co-Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Develop integrated co-marketing campaigns (co-branded assets, webinars, events, digital programs) that drive partner engagement and pipeline growth
  • Support the broader growth marketing team in campaign development and execution, contributing partner insights, content, and channel expertise
  • Identify opportunities for joint participation in regional events, trade shows, and partner-hosted activities, and coordinate marketing support to maximize impact
  • Manage third-party partner activities (webinars, content syndication, vendor partnerships) and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to maximize ROI

Partner Enablement & Resources

  • Develop self-service marketing assets for scalable partner enablement, and create customized co-marketing programs for strategic, high-tier partners
  • Deliver effective communication to keep partners prepared and informed of product releases, updates, trainings, promotions, and campaign opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Partner Portal team to curate the partner experience, driving portal adoption and engagement amongst partners

Program Administration & Performance

  • Monitor and analyze partner engagement metrics, campaign performance, and revenue impact to inform future strategy
  • Act as the administrator of the partner marketing rebate program, rewarding and reinforcing desired behavior from channel partners
  • Partner with marketing operations and sales teams on lead identification, attribution, routing, and partner-driven pipeline reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product marketing, digital, regional marketing) to execute campaigns on time and maintain updated partner resource libraries

VALUES: HOW WILL YOU GET IT DONE?

  • Drive & Discipline – Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on achieving high-quality results
  • Growth Mindset – Actively pursue new ways of getting things done and challenge status quo processes that don’t serve partners or business objectives
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Use analytics and partner insights to guide strategy and tactical execution
  • Disciplined Execution – Passion for process, strong attention to detail, and an approach exemplified by creating value for partners and delivering superior financial results
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Build strong relationships across teams and influence without authority to drive aligned outcomes
  • Communication – Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing, with ability to present insights clearly

QUALIFICATIONS: ARE YOU A FIT? Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in partner marketing or channel marketing
  • Experience in software, SaaS, or technology environments (BI or analytics technology experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships that drive mutual growth
  • Experience contributing to multi-channel marketing campaigns, with an understanding of demand generation principles and funnel metrics
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Experience in using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation
  • Experience marketing business intelligence, embedded analytics, data connectivity, or related enterprise data solutions
  • Experience managing partner marketing rebate or MDF programs
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
  • Technical aptitude for understanding complex data and analytics products
  • Experience with webinar programming and vendor partnership management

  • Market Opportunity – Be part of a rapidly growing business unit at the intersection of AI, analytics, and enterprise data
  • Strategic Impact – Own partner strategy and contribute to campaign execution within our expanding Data + Analytics portfolio
