We’re looking for a Content Creator & Social Lead to grow our brand presence, engage our audience across channels, and create meaningful content that drives both community and business growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead our content strategy across blogs, newsletters, social media, and campaigns
• Create high-impact, scroll-stopping content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Write, edit, and repurpose long-form and short-form content: blogs, thought leadership pieces, product updates, and more
• Manage our social media calendar, voice, and growth strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, marketing, and leadership to tell great stories
• Analyze content performance and optimise based on insights and trends
• Build and nurture a community of followers, customers, and advocates
• Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots - from concept to creation

Who You Are

• 2+ years experience in content marketing, social media, or digital storytelling
• A natural storyteller with sharp writing and editing skills
• Deep understanding of platform-specific content trends and algorithms
• Confident in creating content independently: copy, visuals, short videos, memes, etc.
• Comfortable working in a remote, async environment
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and creative
• Bonus: experience in community building, or personal brand growth
