Job Description We’re seeking a versatile Marketing & Lead Generation Assistant to help expand our retail footprint and strengthen customer relationships in the boutique gaming market. This role offers the perfect blend of creative marketing support and strategic sales outreach, allowing you to wear multiple hats and develop diverse skills. You’ll be instrumental in connecting our innovative card game products with new retail partners while building engaging content that showcases our brand to a wider audience. Working closely with our founders, you’ll have the autonomy to implement marketing strategies and drive lead generation efforts that directly contribute to business growth and success. Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential boutique stores that align with our card game products and brand values
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to new boutique prospects through email and phone calls to build a robust sales pipeline
- Implement creative social media strategies by scheduling posts and bringing to life the innovative ideas provided by our creative team
- Design and manage compelling email campaigns for existing customers to drive repeat purchases and deepen engagement
- Handle key administrative tasks related to customer relationship management and outreach coordination
- Craft and send personalized follow-up communications to prospects and customers based on strategic direction
- Provide general operational support to keep critical business processes running smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience with social media management and content scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to create engaging email outreach and marketing content
- Sales or lead generation background with confidence in phone and email prospecting activities
- Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management systems
- Creative mindset with proven ability to implement marketing ideas and execute strategic initiatives
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional communication skills for client interaction
