About The Role This is a remote position based in Chicago, IL, and offers an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join Hilton’s Americas Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Manager of Hotel Level Marketing Agency Solutions, you will be integral to Hilton’s broader Commercial Services organization. Your primary focus will be collaborating with revenue management, sales, and analytics teams to drive profitable growth through strategic marketing initiatives. As part of Hilton’s newly launched in-house marketing agency, you will manage multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing commercial performance and strengthening hotel partnerships. This role requires a blend of creativity, digital marketing expertise, data-driven decision making, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful results. You will oversee a portfolio of hotels, optimize paid media strategies, and ensure active engagement within Hilton’s Hotel Level Marketing Program, contributing to the company’s overall growth and brand presence. Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in paid media advertising
- Proficiency in Meta and Google Ads platforms, including campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Search, Display, and Video
- Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance measurement
- Ability to analyze and translate commercial performance data into actionable insights
- Experience working with analytics tools such as Salesforce and Adobe Analytics (preferred)
- Professional certifications from Google and Meta (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in marketing or media agency environments, including account management (preferred)
- Located in or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of hotels, serving as a strategic marketing advisor to develop tailored paid media strategies aligned with each hotel’s market and goals
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid social, and metasearch initiatives
- Provide budget recommendations and investment strategies based on performance data and market analysis
- Translate analytics insights into actionable campaign improvements to maximize ROI and engagement
- Collaborate regularly with hotel partners, agency teams, and enterprise stakeholders to communicate campaign performance, identify risks, and explore opportunities for growth
- Identify opportunities for program development and evolution by understanding hotel needs and market trends
- Support innovation and advocacy efforts within Hilton’s marketing programs to enhance effectiveness and reach
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging digital marketing trends to continuously improve campaign strategies
