About The Role
As an Analyst on Hilton's Americas Marketing team, based remotely in Chicago, IL, you will play a vital role in driving the company's commercial growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Manager of Hotel Level Marketing Agency Solutions, you will collaborate closely with revenue management, sales, and analytics teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your primary focus will be managing a portfolio of hotels, optimizing paid media strategies, and ensuring engagement within Hilton’s Hotel Level Marketing Program. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a strategic partner for hotel properties, providing tailored marketing solutions that enhance brand visibility, drive occupancy, and maximize revenue. Your efforts will directly impact Hilton’s ability to deliver profitable growth and strengthen its market presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in paid media advertising
- Proficiency in Meta and Google Ads platforms, including campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Search, Display, and Video
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance measurement
- Experience working with analytics tools such as Salesforce and Adobe Analytics (preferred)
- Professional certifications from Google and Meta (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in a marketing or media agency environment with hands-on account management (preferred)
- Located in or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL
- Ability to travel approximately 20% for client meetings and industry events
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of hotel partners, acting as a marketing advisor to develop customized paid media strategies that align with their commercial goals
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid social, and metasearch initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations for budget allocation and strategy adjustments
- Collaborate with hotel teams, agency partners, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure campaign success and alignment with brand standards
- Communicate campaign performance, risks, and opportunities regularly to hotel stakeholders and internal teams
- Identify opportunities for program innovation and evolution by understanding hotel needs and market trends
- Support the development of new marketing initiatives and advocate for continuous improvement within the hotel marketing program
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness
