Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant

Location: Australia

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  2. Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and message.
  3. Assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), tracking performance and making adjustments to improve ROI.
  4. Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization of website content, blogs, and landing pages to increase organic traffic.
  5. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software.
  6. Help with email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, creating content, and segmenting email lists for targeted outreach.
  7. Assist with content creation, including blog posts, website copy, graphics, and videos, working with the creative team as necessary.
  8. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights to improve strategies.
  9. Manage and maintain the company's online presence, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  10. Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as market research, competitor analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  3. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for digital channels.
  5. Creative mindset with an interest in design and content creation (basic knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
  6. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the digital marketing field.
  10. Experience with social media management, paid advertising, or content creation is a plus but not required.
