About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to lead paid acquisition for our new AI-native product, Gakku. In this role, you will own and scale performance marketing efforts across key paid channels, with a strong focus on driving user growth, optimizing ROI, and continuously improving campaign performance.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute paid acquisition strategy for Gakku
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Drive user growth through data-driven testing and iteration (creative, targeting, bidding, funnel)
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve key metrics (CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV)
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
• Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and scalable acquisition strategies
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

Who You AreMust-Have

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid acquisition
• Proven experience with iOS app user acquisition campaigns
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in consumer-facing products, especially mobile games, short-form content/ entertainment apps, subscription-based products, etc.
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and UGC-style ads
• Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin) is a plus
