We’re looking for a Digital Content Manager who knows tech culture inside out. Someone who can spot the next wave before it hits and tell the YouWare story in authentic, fresh ways.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute digital content strategies across social platforms and campaigns.
• Create videos, posts, and stories people want to share.
• Turn AI and vibe coding into content anyone can understand and care about.
• Discover killer community projects and amplify them.
• Team up with PR, growth, and product to launch campaigns with punch.
• Track, learn, and double down on what works.

What You Bring

• Driven by tech and AI. Bonus if you vibe code yourself.
• A natural storyteller who can simplify complex ideas into clear, relatable narratives.
• Skilled video content creator.
• Strong instinct for social media engagement, writing posts that resonate, not just chasing impressions.
• User-first mindset.
• Think differently.
• 3–5 years of working experience in digital marketing is preferred.
• All educational backgrounds welcome. We care more about curiosity and creativity.
