Company Description

Young With Solutions is an award-winning, TikTok-first marketing agency and an official TikTok Partner. We work with high-growth e-commerce and consumer brands such as Duolingo, Gymshark, Amazon, and Converse to drive full-funnel TikTok growth through content, influencer marketing, and paid media.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Director. The Account Director will manage client relationships, oversee strategic account execution, and ensure top-notch service delivery. Responsibilities include supervising project timelines, leading and mentoring team members, and contributing to driving overall client success. The individual will work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of brand pods with full accountability for retention, expansion, and churn.
  • Drive Net Retained Revenue across assigned accounts.
  • Own gross margin (~80%) by managing staffing, capacity, and resourcing decisions.
  • Lead and coach Senior Account Managers (SAMs); make performance and hiring recommendations.
  • Own senior client escalations and resolve issues permanently.
  • Ensure onboarding, delivery, and activation processes meet SLAs.
  • Identify and manage upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Enforce playbooks, standards, and operating systems across pods.
  • Act as the senior internal owner of client health and team performance.

Role Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account leadership, client success, or account management at a marketing, influencer, or social media agency.
  • Proven ownership of retention, expansions, and margin, not just execution.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok strategy, short-form content, and performance drivers.
  • Experience working with E-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or creator campaign management.
  • Experience building or scaling TikTok and/or Instagram accounts.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop.
  • Comfortable working with CEOs, founders, and senior marketing leaders.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to manage multiple pods.
  • Native or fluent English speaker.
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Base Salary:

  • $90,000–$95,000 USD annually 

Bonus:

  • Target bonus of ~35% of base salary
