Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing
The Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing is responsible for shaping, executing, and continually enhancing our global digital marketing ecosystem. This role leads the strategic direction of our website, MarTech capabilities, digital products, search, and analytics frameworks to deliver exceptional client experiences, measurable business impact, and strong alignment with organisational priorities. This role reports to the Director, External Communications, with responsibility for direct reports.
Key responsibilitiesGlobal digital marketing strategy and governance
- Lead the development and execution of the global digital marketing roadmap, including priorities for website, SEO/SEM, social media, analytics, KPI frameworks, and reporting.
- Coordinate the network-wide digital governance framework, ensuring consistency and collaboration across network member firms and multidisciplinary task forces.
- Provide strategic digital marketing advisory by translating innovation and emerging technology trends into actionable opportunities.
- Lead high-impact digital marketing initiatives that support organisational goals and align with brand.
Global digital marketing leadership
- The business owner of the global website template and digital marketing products, defining the governance model, operating framework, and long-term strategic direction.
- A deep knowledge and understanding of the Kentico Digital Experience Platform to guide its effective use globally.
- Develop the global MarTech roadmap and integration strategies and ensure robust governance, including privacy, accessibility, security, and compliance.
- Lead content strategy, including governance, editorial direction, and performance monitoring.
- Partner with Global IT and IT Procurement on platform requirements and global tool offerings.
Global network influence and collaboration
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams, global committees, governance bodies, CMOs, product teams, and external partners to drive alignment, influence decision-making, and support adoption across the network.
- Build strong relationships across internal stakeholder groups to scale best practices and enable network-wide impact.
- Partner with digital, technology, and product functions to ensure seamless alignment and integration.
Client experience excellence
- Champion a client experience (CX) culture supported by ongoing research and insights.
- Oversee landing page conversion rate optimisation (CRO), including the development of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Lead technical SEO audits and global paid search programmes.
Value realisation and measurement
- Define and track KPIs and value measures for digital marketing platforms to ensure clear business outcomes.
- Develop GA4 measurement strategies and create dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide regular updates on progress, performance, and value delivered.
Ideal profile
- 10+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing strategy, transformation, or innovation, ideally within a top-tier professional services, consultancy or tech company.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver digital marketing strategies.
- Prior involvement in multi-country or multi-firm digital marketing programs, with proven success in aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and able to assess, apply, and articulate the impact to professional services.
- Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority, bringing together senior leaders and technical experts.
- Strong communicator who can translate complex technology topics into strategic insights.
- Ability to work autonomously day‑to‑day to drive projects forward and deliver results with minimal supervision.
