Paid Media Operations Specialist
We’re hiring a Paid Media Operations Specialist to own the execution and day-to-day optimization of our paid media campaigns. This is a hands-on, execution-first, data-driven role. You’ll focus on building, scaling, and optimizing the machine behind the ads, including rapid ad set creation and rigorous A/B testing to drive better lead generation performance.
What You’ll Do
- Build and launch new campaigns, ad sets, and targeting structures from scratch across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Create and maintain clean, scalable account architecture with consistent naming conventions
- Set up, configure, and rigorously validate tracking including:
- GA4
- Platform pixels & conversion APIs
- Key conversion events (signups, funded accounts, critical user actions)
- Ensure accurate UTMs, attribution, and data flow across ad platforms → GA4 → CRM
- Proactively build and run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, landing pages, and other variables to identify top performers and enhance lead generation efficiency
- Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns toward core KPIs:
- Cost per signup
- Cost per funded account
- Manage budgets, pacing, and controlled scaling of spend
- Proactively identify and escalate tracking discrepancies, platform issues, or performance red flags
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience actively managing:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads (Search focused)
- LinkedIn Ads
- GA4
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Conversion tracking & event implementation
- UTM parameter best practices
- Attribution models and data reconciliation
- A/B testing methodologies (e.g., testing one variable at a time, using platform tools like Meta's A/B Test feature, LinkedIn's Campaign Manager testing, and Google Ads experiments)
- Comfort operating inside high-spend, scaling ad accounts (you’ve managed real budgets)
- Highly detail-oriented, structured, and accountable
- Data-first mindset: you trust numbers over opinions and enjoy living in the platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience with lead-to-revenue attribution models
- Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) CRM tracking/setup
- Previous work in SaaS, lead generation, insurance, or marketplace businesses
