Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to expand market presence. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, planning and executing outreach campaigns, negotiating contracts, analyzing sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and maintaining consistent client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Planning experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Market Research and Data Analysis expertise to identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in crafting and executing outreach campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain client satisfaction
  • Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
  • Prior experience in consultancy or business growth within multiple industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
