Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analysing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and creating impactful marketing content. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting campaign performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the company’s marketing strategy.

 Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Strong skills in Content Marketing, Copywriting, and Marketing Communications
• Demonstrated experience in Campaign Planning, Strategy Development, and Performance Analytics
• Ability to conduct Market Research and implement data-driven decision-making processes
• Exceptional organisational, project management, and teamwork abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the health and wellness or beauty industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
