Global Programs Marketing Specialist II

Title: Global Programs Marketing Specialist II Industry: SaaS Location: , Duration: 6 months Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for global webinars and roadshows by coordinating timelines, tracking key deliverables and milestones, and ensuring timely task completion.
• Assist with event activation across marketing channels including paid media, organic promotion, email campaigns, sales outreach, and social platforms.
• Execute global webinars using the On24 platform and help maintain the client's webinar hub (platform training will be provided).
• Manage the distribution and upload of leads into Salesforce, ensuring data generated through various marketing tactics and channels is validated and followed up appropriately.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the client's global field standardization program guide, 'Anything in a Box.'

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Marketing or a related field.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, webinar, and CRM platforms (knowledge of Marketo, On24, and Salesforce is preferred).
• Experience with data management and analytics tools such as Tableau and 6sense is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to manipulate data, analyze results, and surface insights for continuous optimization.
