MoreGoodDays (https://www.moregooddays.com/) is looking for a Junior Growth Marketer to accelerate customer growth and help people with chronic pain get their lives back. The ideal candidate is curious, creative and data-driven, with a bias for action and passion for experimenting with ways to drive growth across a diverse range of paid and organic channels. You will be working alongside our external Growth Advisor and Head of Product to plan, execute, optimise, scale and report on high impact campaigns. 

This is a rare opportunity to learn from experienced mentors, test your creative and analytical skills across multiple channels, and do meaningful work that improves people’s health every day.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute organic and paid user acquisition campaigns across a diverse channel portfolio including Meta Ads, landing pages, CRM, partners/affiliates, SEO/AEO and organic social media.
  • Be hands-on daily, managing and fine-tuning campaigns, creating content, exploring growth opportunities, and optimising performance to meet KPIs.
  • Produce content for the purposes of direct response ads and organic social media (though it is not required, it’d be a plus if you aren’t camera shy!)
  • Conduct A/B testing and identify best-performing content, creative, copy, and landing pages to maximise acquisition efforts and own the feedback loop.
  • Pull, manipulate, and report on campaign and channel data to develop actionable insights for paid and free channels, including from web analytics platforms (i.e. Google Analytics)

Your Profile

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience. We will invest in training you — it’s more important that you’re smart, hungry and humble!
  • You’re action-oriented, naturally curious, and have a growth mindset.
  • You’re creative-minded and in tune with what’s trending in advertising and social media.
  • You’re confident in manipulating data and generating concise reports with actionable insights.
  • You have strong collaboration and communication skills, having worked on cross-team projects or with external partners.
  • You have strong project management with the ability to independently complete assigned tasks successfully and on time.
  • You’re highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Your day-to-day toolkit includes Excel, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics and more.
