We’re looking for a creative and versatile person who can help us with:

• Graphic design: You should be able to create visual content at an advanced level using Canva. As part of your growth in the role, learning Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be required.
• Account & project management: You’ll be in contact with clients and collaborators, helping us manage feedback loops, coordinate deliverables, and keep things running smoothly.
• Social media management: You’ll help plan, post, and sometimes interact with communities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok). Clear thinking and attention to tone are important.

Who we’re looking for

• A proactive and organized person who cares about what they put out there
• Someone who’s not afraid to ask questions, suggest improvements, and grow
• Comfortable working independently, but always aligned with the team
• Good communication skills (Romanian & English)
• Experience in an agency or freelance context is a bonus, but not mandatory
