Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Franchise Partnership Agent (FPA). The FPA will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective franchisees, developing strong relationships with potential partners, and guiding candidates through the franchise application process. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, managing lead pipelines, collaborating on marketing initiatives to drive franchise growth, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of franchise trends and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in relationship building and cold outreach
- Experience, driving commercial conversations and pipeline management
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, sales principles, and negotiation strategies
- Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in franchise sales, business development, or related fields is a plus
