The Role

The Senior Leadership Development Parnter role is an entrepreneurial opportunity in the UK - you must be currently or imminently UK-based; it is a self-employed opportunity not fixed salary job. You will combine the sales and business development orientation of an entrepreneur with a passion for leadership development facilitation and coaching using LMI’s proven, time-tested process, The Total Leader®, that has transformed leaders and organisations worldwide for over 60 years.

• Develop Business & Drive Sales: Build relationships, generate leads, and close deals for leadership development solutions.
• Deliver Impactful Programs: Facilitate and coach leadership development journeys using LMI’s structured, goal-directed process.
• Grow Your Own Business: Scale your practice with full entrepreneurial freedom and a clear path to success.
• Join a Global Network: Collaborate with like-minded professionals in the UK, Europe and across 90+ countries.
