About The Role We are seeking a talented and reliable Brand Copywriter to join our Content team on a fully remote basis. This role is pivotal in shaping how our brands communicate online by creating compelling, search-informed content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives. The Brand Copywriter will take ownership of producing and editing content for the Comrade and Grow Law websites, including website copy, blogs, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to balance creativity with structure, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and produce high-quality content that supports brand visibility, audience engagement, and organic growth. Reporting directly to the Content Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the content team and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and quality across all digital platforms. Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional copywriting experience in a marketing environment
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to fit brand voice
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and their application to digital content
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative, feedback-oriented working style
- Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working in a marketing agency or in-house brand environment (preferred)
- Background in journalism or legal industry content (preferred)
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Create and edit high-volume marketing content for the Comrade and Grow Law websites, including web pages, blogs, and landing pages
- Develop engaging, clear, and persuasive copy aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and performance
- Collaborate daily with the content team to prioritize tasks, align on messaging, and meet deadlines
- Revise and refine content based on stakeholder feedback and evolving creative directions
- Proofread and quality-check all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and professionalism
- Maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and SEO outcomes
