Role Overview

The Community Manager will be the frontline of our brand on social media, responsible for monitoring channels, engaging with our community, and fostering conversations that reflect our values. This role is ideal for someone who is highly responsive, loves beauty and skincare, and enjoys building relationships online.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all social media platforms in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
• Engage with our community by liking, commenting, and interacting with posts featuring our products.
• Foster genuine connections with customers, influencers, and brand advocates by initiating and joining conversations.
• Track and flag community feedback, sentiment, and emerging trends to the marketing team.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects our tone, personality, and values.
• Support the social media team with occasional light content support (story replies, reposts, etc.).

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty, skincare, and community engagement.
• Strong communication and writing skills with an eye for tone and detail.
• Experience managing social media accounts or communities (brand, personal, or freelance).
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging social platforms.
