A growing beverage brand is seeking a Social Media Manager to bring a comprehensive social media strategy to life and transform it into a powerful engine for lead generation, conversions, and pre-orders. The role focuses on building momentum ahead of an October product launch, generating anticipation, and converting audiences into VIP pre-orders. Working across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, the manager will execute and optimize campaigns that leverage engaging visuals, compelling messaging, and platform-specific best practices. This is a long-term remote opportunity with the potential for ongoing collaboration beyond the launch phase.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the existing social media strategy to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions
- Create and schedule high-performing content tailored to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest audiences
- Utilize tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to develop visually striking and brand-consistent content
- Run paid and organic campaigns to build anticipation ahead of the brand’s October launch
- Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and conversion rates
- Track KPIs and provide clear reports on growth, engagement, and lead generation
- Collaborate with the wider team to align social campaigns with broader brand and sales goals
- Contribute creative ideas to maintain brand momentum post-launch and expand into global B2C and European B2B markets
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for consumer brands, ideally within lifestyle, food & beverage, or e-commerce sectors
- Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and direct-response marketing techniques
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant social media scheduling/analytics tools
- Ability to create platform-optimized content with strong visual storytelling skills
- Knowledge of paid social advertising and audience targeting to drive lead generation
- Strong copywriting skills for engaging captions and conversion-focused messaging
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and adapt strategies quickly
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
