About the Role
We’re looking for a sales-driven Sales & Marketing Analyst with experience in Amazon and e-commerce to take ownership of driving Revenue, Units Sold, and Profit for our fast-growing e-commerce Supplement brand. You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations — turning insights into actions that directly grow the business.
You must be located in the CET timezone +/- 2h.

_As a Sales & Marketing Analyst, you will be Accountable for:_Commercial Growth
● Plan, execute, and optimize promotions to maximize ROI.
● Set and adjust product prices strategically to balance volume and profitability.
● Collaborate with the advertising team to ensure ad spend drives profitable growth.
Business Analysis & Reporting
● Deliver the right data and recommendations to the right people at the right time — in a clear, actionable format.
● Track and analyze listing performance metrics, ratings & reviews, and competitor activity.
● Provide Sales forecast for Supply Chain team.
● Provide insights that inform decisions across different teams.
Issue & Opportunity Management
● Identify sales and marketing issues before they impact performance.
● Fix problems by working cross-functionally.
● Convince stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations.
Who You Are:
● Proven experience in sales analysis, marketing analytics, or e-commerce performance management (Amazon experience is a plus).
● Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI.
● Ability to translate data into clear business decisions.
● Personal development mindset — actively seeks opportunities to learn, grow, and improve skills.
● Welcomes constructive feedback and uses it as a tool for professional growth.
● Thorough, forward-thinking, and relentless in achieving goals.
● Upper-intermediate English with excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
