About the role

Ready to turn brilliant marketing into measurable growth? This is your chance to own acquisition and make a real difference.

Who?

This ambitious Group is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of lead acquisition and help drive sustainable growth across multiple brands and locations. Working in an amazingly rewarding sector, you’ll be joining a team where marketing has a tangible impact – combining creativity, commercial thinking and data to reach the right audiences and turn interest into action.

And what about you? You’re a performance-minded marketer who gets excited by growth opportunities. You know your paid search from your paid social, love getting stuck into the data and aren’t afraid to test, learn and try something new. You’re commercially curious, collaborative and proactive, with the judgement to balance lead volume, quality and cost – and the drive to keep improving all three.

Why?

This is a role with plenty of scope to make your mark. You’ll own acquisition performance, manage budgets and agency partners, and use insight to shape where investment goes. You’ll also get involved across CRM, CRO, SEO, web and digital journeys, giving you a broad view of what makes a prospect convert.

You’ll work closely with Communications, Content, Commercial, and operational teams, so there’s no shortage of people, ideas and opportunities to learn from. If you’re looking for a role where your work is visible, your ideas are valued and you can genuinely influence growth, this could be a very good next move.

Predominantly remote role. Occasional travel to Bristol.
